Addess:
The buildings we will be in are called the Communs. They currently belong to the university. Originally, they were the quarters of palace servants and guards and housed kitchens and various workshops. The buildings are undergoing restoration, but it is an expensive and slow process since no modern materials may be used. Most of the conference-related action, that is all plenary and parallel sessions, will take place in Bldg 8 (Haus 8). Only poster sessions will be held in Bldg 9 (Haus 9), few-minutes walk away. The exhibition hall, conference office, and computer pool for participants are also in Bldg 8. All common meals will be served in the University Cafeteria (Mensa) in Bldg 12 (Haus 12) on the other end of Communs. Coffee breaks will take place in a smaller cafeteria in Bldg 8, actually in the yard outside. There are two bus stops by the campus, "Neues Palais" and "Campus Universität/Lindenallee". Both are within short walking distance from the conference site (cf. the map).
